This Privacy Policy describes how personal data is processed through this website, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

2. What data I process

Browsing data. The systems and software used to run this site collect, during normal operation, some technical data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet protocols (e.g. IP address, browser/OS, timestamps, requested pages). They are used only to keep the site secure and working. There are no statistics or analytics.

Data you provide. If you use the contact form, I process the data you submit: name, email address and the content of your message. The IP address you send from is included in the email I receive, and an unreadable fingerprint of it (a hash) is kept on the server for one hour to limit spam to five messages per hour.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Contact data are processed to reply to your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures, and/or art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Technical/browsing data are processed for security and proper functioning (art. 6(1)(f)) and to comply with legal obligations (art. 6(1)(c)).

4. How data is processed

Data is processed with electronic tools, with appropriate security measures, only by the controller and by parties acting as processors (e.g. the hosting provider and the email service). No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out.

5. Recipients & transfers

Data may be processed by the hosting provider and the email provider as data processors. Fonts and scripts are self-hosted: no data is sent to third-party CDNs (e.g. Google Fonts). No transfer outside the EU is intended; should any provider operate outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) apply.

6. Retention

Contact messages are kept for the time needed to handle the request and for any subsequent obligations, then deleted. Technical logs are kept for limited periods for security purposes.

7. Your rights

You may exercise the rights under art. 15–22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, by writing to hello@luisbertuol.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
