CPWF Italia

CPWF Italia is the Italian branch of the Captain Paul Watson Foundation, set up by Paul Watson, co-founder of Greenpeace and founder of Sea Shepherd. Volunteers run it in Italy.

Two kinds of people land on the site: those who have never heard of a ghost net and those who already want to know where to turn up. The first screen has a way in for each. The four campaigns, Honu Hui, Scuba Team, Aves and Clean Up Team, each get their own section with what happens in the field.

From the site you can donate once or monthly, sign up for the newsletter and ask for a talk at a school or festival. It runs on WordPress, so the volunteers publish news and events themselves.
